Available manpower can then be shifted to focus on oversight, auditing, data sampling and assurance, which will enable a focus on prevention and improve the customer collaboration experience at an affordable cost.”
The theme for the event is Organizational Excellence in the Digital Age, with focus areas on Industry 4.0, the Future of Quality, Digital Transformation, and Managing Change.
