DISC Certification – 2015 DISCcert’s Webinar Series Starts Jan 14
San Diego, CA (PRWEB) December 29, 2014 -- DISCcert has scheduled its first DISC Certification Webinar for 2015 to take place Jan 14th, 21st, 28th and Feb 4th from 11am-12pm PST. Graduates of the four part webinar series will become certified to teach DISC skills to staff members, employees or coaching clients. The certification takes place during four weekly one hour webinars and offers an easy way for registrants to participate in the comfort of their own office. Before, after, and in-between sessions, each attendee will work at their own pace to complete homework assignments and exercises, as well as receive private one on one coaching sessions.
Attendees are given the opportunity to interact with each other during each session as well as receive constructive feedback to improve their teaching skills. After certification, each graduate will continue to receive ongoing support, mentoring and have access to over 200 exclusive online training resources.
Attendees from nationally known companies, who have previously participated in the DISC training, continue to send new trainers and managers to become certified. They have reported major improvements in customer and employee communication as well as increased productivity.
Each graduate receives a customized administration website to manage client DISC assessments and reports. Grads will also have access to continually updated PowerPoint presentations, learning activities and other resources to add value to their training presentation, coaching skills and organizational development.
Corporate trainers and business development coaches, with a desire to improve their training skills, have found the four part DISC Certification webinar, with personal coaching sessions, a convenient and efficient way to retain what they learn and implement it. DISCcert prides itself in giving its participants the confidence to teach DISC, and makes a concerted effort to prepare each individual to feel confident in introducing DISC to upper management and staff.
Companies who implement DISC training within their organization, have found that it helps to create a culture of cooperation and improve their bottom line. DISC has been proven to be valuable when used to support teambuilding, executive coaching, management skills, conflict resolution, and sales training. It is also supportive to change management, customer service, on-boarding, and performance development.
"Start the New Year off and improve your training skills by learning to teach DISC within your organization,” says Miss Burn. “A DISC Certification will add value and prestige to your training portfolio,” she adds.
