The new promotions from both partner companies come on the tail end of A Timeshare Broker’s newest addition to their team. The company has just hired Willie Lugo, formerly from the Timeshare Store, a company specializing in Disney Vacation Club Resales.

David Patchanian also formerly from Fidelity Real Estate, was hired in 2012 to head A Timeshare Broker’s Hilton Grand Vacation Club and Marriott Vacation Club’s resale division. As part of Selling Timeshares, Inc. and A Timeshare Broker’s new marketing campaign to increase their Disney Vacation Club listings, both companies have announced a 6% commission for all Disney listing agreements, signed prior to June 30th. The companies have stated this commission is among the lowest offered from any of the major Disney Vacation Club Resale companies. For a seller to take advantage of this promotion, they must mention promotional code “June”. This 6% commission refers to all non-cobroked Disney sales of $4,000 or greater, when the listing agreement is signed by June 30th, 2014. For co-broked sales, or purchase prices less than $4,000, their standard 10% commission for Disney sales will apply.
In addition to each company’s discounts to attract new buyers in the month of June, they will be giving a $100 Disney Gift card to all new Disney buyers who buy a minimum of 150 points at any Disney resort. The buyer must mention the promotional code “Welcome Home”, at the time of presenting an offer. The resale team is hoping that these promotions will help get new buyers and sellers acquainted with this 25 year old company, and use them for all of their Timeshare needs.
