The seminar will be held at the New Jersey Law Center, One Constitution Square, New Brunswick, NJ.
Navigating New Jersey's lengthy and complex list of family law terms can be challenging, with each representing a particular and important part of the divorce process. This year's essential "Hot Tips" program will review the wide array of family law jargon and examine the role each acronym plays in family part proceedings. You'll learn tips for pleadings, property settlements, case management, custody arrangements, arbitration and mediation and much more. This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 4.5 hours of total CLE credit.
