DMV.us.org is launching a campaign to review the strengths and weaknesses of their current customer service standards, the company announced yesterday.

“We want to have the best customer service of any online search company,” a DMV.us.org spokesman said. “The best way for us to do that is to review our customer service structure from time to time and make changes accordingly.”

The review will target all levels of the customer service team, the DMV.us.org spokesman said.

“We'll start out by having an independent review of the front-line customer service workers,” he said. “We'll actually have independent agents call them up with questions and concerns to see how they perform.”

Then, the company will have customer service staff review the management structure to find ways that they can help DMV.us.org work more smoothly, he said.

“When that is done, the review will move to the next phase where we'll survey our customers to find out what they think of our product and how they feel about their customer service experience with us,” the DMV.us.org spokesman said. “The goal is to make this as complete a review as possible.”

The review is expected to take about a month, at which point the company will institute changes based on their findings, he said.

“We know that some parts of the review will be positive, but other parts will push us to make changes,” the DMV.us.org spokesman said. “That's how we'll move forward in the future.”
