Chicago, IL (PRWEB) March 20, 2014 -- DMV.us.org is going to ask customers to review their services so they can evaluate the effect of their site overhaul, the company announced yesterday.
“We've spent the last two months trying to make our site, our services, and our reports better,” a DMV.us.org spokesman said. “Now we need to find out what customers think of our new look and functionality. That's the only way we can tell if we can do even more to satisfy our consumer base.”
"The site overhaul began in the new year after an internal review of DMV.us.org," he said, "and was largely in response to what they had heard from consumers during 2013."
“We strongly believe that we have made the site better,” he said. “But, you never knew until you get customers to give you an honest review. That's what we are going to be looking for now.”
"During the time of the review, the company will ask all new customers to review the site," he said. They will also ask returning customers for a review when they contact customer service.
“We've made our search system faster, we've made our site easier to use, and we've retrained our customer service staff,” he said. “The review will let us know which changes we did right, and if there are places where we still need to review our practices.”
"The DMV.us.org review is expected to take roughly one month, and the company will release the results and announce any changes when it is done," he said.
“We want DMV.us.org to be the best site of its type out there,” he said.
