The Mason Pasquin Agency and the Avalon Center Announce Joint Charity Drive to Fight Domestic Violence in Eastern Virginia
Williamsburg, VA (PRWEB) February 17, 2017 -- The Mason Pasquin Agency, a Virginia-based firm offering asset protection services and financial planning assistance to families and business owners in and around the Hampton Roads metropolitan region, is joining the local nonprofit Avalon Center for a charity drive to help prevent all forms of domestic violence.
There are multiple categories of domestic violence – physical abuse is only one form of recognized abuse. Other forms of domestic violence include emotional, sexual, psychological, and financial abuse. The Avalon Center works to assist abuse survivors in the Williamsburg area, and provides a broad range of services intended to address and prevent episodes of domestic violence.
“Our mission is to end domestic violence and abuse in our community, and we’re working with the Avalon Center to help stop all forms of abuse in our region,” says Julie Pasquin, owner and executive director of the Mason Pasquin Agency.
