Achieve3000, the leader in differentiated literacy instruction, today announced that Don Kidd has joined the organization as vice president of strategic sales. Kidd brings broad experience managing relationships with school faculty, district leaders and strategic partners that will be instrumental in helping Achieve3000 meet its growth goals for accelerating student literacy.

Kidd comes to Achieve3000 with more than 30 years of experience in the education space. In his previous role as vice president of strategic partnerships at K12.com, he proved his leadership skills by building out the company's strategic sales team and coordinating several large customer acquisitions. Prior to this, Kidd served as president of LTS Education, where he drove double digit growth, and later supported the company's transition when it was acquired by K12.com.

As a sales leader, Kidd has established relationships with education front-runners at the local, state and national level. He has established and managed partnerships with several notable organizations such as the Gates Foundation, National Dropout Prevention Center, Successful Practices Network, National Superintendents Association and American Association of School Administrators.

In his new role, Don will leverage relationships to drive and expand new business nationally, and promote Achieve3000's product suite by establishing partnerships with school and district leaders.
