CODA Management Group, in partnership with its private investors, is pleased to announce the acquisition of 155 S Superior St in downtown Toledo Ohio. The purchase was finalized on November 5th.
Over the next year the 88,000 square foot masonry two story landmark at intersection of S Superior St and St Clair St. will be redeveloped into an indoor 700 unit self-storage facility. The building, which is located across from the downtown farmers market, was originally built around 1900. It was most recently used for the storage of business records.
The remodeled property will be 100% climate controlled and will feature modern conveniences such as electronic access control, 24h video surveillance and enclosed loading/unloading areas all while maintaining most of the characteristic physical aspects of the building.
The customer service office, will be managed by a top 5 national self-storage operator, will feature a convenient shop that offers customers a full line of moving and packing supplies.

Construction is expected to begin later this year and the facility is expected to open for business in late 2019.
