Dearborn, MI (PRWEB) October 04, 2013
Michigan Foot and Ankle Doctor, Dr. Lawrence Young launches a new website for his 3 decade long podiatry organization. The website, Podiatry.md, goes beyond a typical local doctor website, and offers a database to help people better understand common foot care issues, injuries, and ailments, and allows them to seek treatment quickly and easy through a short online form.
Dr. Young had this to say about the launch: “We are very excited about Podiatry.md. The new website finally accurately reflects our level of expertise and experience within the podiatry field, and is a great resource for all things concerning foot care.”
Dr. Young has been serving Metro-Detroit area foot care needs for the last 30 years. He is affiliated with nearly every major healthcare provider in the Southeast Michigan area, including Beaumont Hospital Royal Oak, Oakwood Hospital, St. John Oakland Hospital, and the Detroit Medical Center. Dr. Young is very well known for his work in ankle arthroscopy, bunion and forefoot reconstruction techniques, and external bone healing, and is certified in the latest surgical techniques such as laser surgery and arthroscopic ankle surgery.
Dr. Young currently has two offices. Georgetown Podiatric Surgeons is located on Metro Parkway in Sterling Heights, while the Dearborn Podiatric Surgeons is located on Outer Drive in Dearborn. In addition to his own offices, Dr. Young also does treatment at the hospitals with which he is affiliated.
His new website now offers an ailment search bar, which allows people to search and find more information about their disorder, and maps with interactive directions for the best accessibility. Dr. Young will also be periodically updating the site’s blog with helpful foot care and shoe tips for Michigan foot patients.
