Dr. Preminger completed her surgical training at the prestigious New York Presbyterian Hospital-Cornell/Columbia where she had the opportunity to train under some of the most renowned cosmetic and reconstructive surgeons in New York City.
Dr. Preminger holds a numerous amount of titles in the medical field, she won the Plastic Surgery Educational foundations arts and Science Essay Contest for her essay on professionalism and plastic surgery and has also published about ethical issues in plastic surgery. Dr. Preminger holds an adjunct faculty position at Cornell University Medical College and is actively involved in teaching medical students about medical professionalism and medical ethics. Dr. Preminger has maintained her status with several New York hospitals including Lenox Hill, Manhattan Eye, and Ear Infirmary, New York Eye and Ear Infirmary and St. Luke's- Roosevelt.
