Driving Simulation Videos from Stisim Drive Offer Help to Further Decrease the Declining Number of Teen Car Accidents

The fact that there are fewer people driving is the main reason of the decrease of accidents, one Northampton resident said in the report. But as state officials stated in the report, the drop is due to the higher training requirements and the tougher penalties.
