The article states that the driver of the Blazer was arrested at the scene of the accident on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, not having a valid driver’s license or insurance, possession of an open alcoholic in a motor vehicle, and two counts of murder.
In addition, according to WHAS 11, the driver’s 10-year old son – a passenger in the vehicle at the time of the crash – was taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
