Author Presents Solutions for Childhood Obesity Epidemic
KENNESAW, Ga. (PRWEB) September 04, 2013 -- Verna R. Benjamin-Lambert shows readers how to embrace healthy habits that will help promote healthy, wholesome lifestyles for children – and adults – in her practical new self-help book, “Health Intelligence: The Path to a Healthier You” (published by Balboa Press).
“Health Intelligence” takes on the modern-day health catastrophe, reveals the primary causes of childhood obesity and provides parents with helpful tips for getting kids active. Benjamin-Lambert uses the term “health intelligence” to describe a new concept that, she believes, is the key to eradicating childhood obesity.
As an educator of parents, educators, social workers and clinicians, Benjamin-Lambert is passionate about defending the health of the nation’s children. Through the simple processes outlined in this book, young people and their families will get the tools they need to improve their health and live longer, happier lives.
Praise for “Health Intelligence”:
“I would recommend this book to every parent in the universe.”
