Dynamic Benchmarking Provides Quick Access to Key Performance Data for Precision Metalforming Association
WINDHAM, N.H. (PRWEB) October 02, 2018 -- Dynamic Benchmarking ®, a provider of customized online benchmarking and reporting solutions, is pleased to announce the launch of two, new online benchmarking studies for the Precision Metalforming Association (PMA). These studies will deliver immediate, comprehensive data on compensation and operational performance to participating association members.

The new studies combine six, separate surveys into two, streamlined studies—one focused on compensation and the other on operations. The compensation study collects and compares data on wage rates for more than 100 common metalforming industry job classifications, including executive compensation and benefit packages. The operations study focuses on key management, productivity and quality performance measures; operational costs and profitability; safety, including evaluation of company performance as compared to OSHA requirements and the DART rating system; as well as sales and marketing performance indicators.
“By combining the studies and moving them to the Dynamic Benchmarking platform, we’ve given our members simplified, timely access to crucial performance data for both their individual operations and the industry as a whole,” adds Minn. “Now they can quickly identify opportunities for improvement and create reports to present to management to turn those opportunities into realities.”
Data collection for both studies started August 23, 2018, and access to reports is available free-of-charge to participating PMA members.
