Dynamic Benchmarking Develops New Data Aggregation and Reporting Tool for Boxwood Technology

A division of Naylor Association Solutions, Boxwood is a provider of online career centers and career-related services to the association industry and will use this new benchmarking solution as a value-added resource for its customers.
Boxwood has been a leading innovator in career center and career-related services for the association industry since its inception in 1995. After its acquisition by Naylor in 2014, Boxwood continued to build on this history, developing new solutions to improve the career-related services offered by associations.

While Boxwood collects various information input by job seekers and employers, historically, associations have not been able to use that data to compare their performance with that of their peers.

The Boxwood team had been looking for a better solution for their benchmarking for many years. When they saw the success Naylor achieved with its Association Communication Assessment created by Dynamic Benchmarking, they knew they had found the right solution.

The Dynamic Benchmarking solution brings together annual service data and monthly career center statistics data from several sources that Boxwood maintains in different databases. All data is uploaded to the platform monthly where Boxwood clients can access monthly reports, annual reports, and 13-month rolling trend reporting on key metrics including number of new registrations, revenues, site visitors and more. Associations will be able to view trends in their organizations as well as compare themselves to their peers. Boxwood staff will also have access to customizable reporting to support their account management activities as well as give them insight into how different association categories and industries are performing.
