Eat Clean Bro hands out 150 turkeys to local Monmouth County residents

Lunch Break helps us give back to our local community every week through our food donations, but the Turkey Giveaway is one of my favorite events of the season.

For the third year in a row, New Jersey based meal prep company Eat Clean Bro partnered with Lunch Break to hand out 150 Thanksgiving turkeys to local families in need.

Lunch Break is more than just a local food bank, founded in 1983 their mission is to provide food, clothing, life skills and fellowship to those in need in Monmouth County and beyond. They strive to break the cycle of poverty for those they serve and guide our community members who are in need of self-sufficiency and healthier more productive lifestyles. This goal lines up directly with the goals and beliefs of Eat Clean Bro and has been the foundation of the company’s close partnership over the years.

The turkey giveaway was an amazing way for Eat Clean Bro and Lunch Break to make Thanksgiving just a bit easier for underprivileged local families. They handed out 150 frozen turkeys in Red Bank, NJ starting at 11am on Saturday the 23rd, giving families plenty of time to plan the rest of their holiday meal.

“I am extremely excited to have the opportunity to continue our partnership with such a fantastic and dedicated group of individuals, who help our community not only eat well but learn essential life skills. Lunch Break helps us give back to our local community every week through our food donations, but the Turkey Giveaway is one of my favorite events of the season. We always have a great time getting together to hand out some turkeys and connect with the people in our community. It is a perfect fit for us, and we look forward to continuing the tradition for years to come.” Eat Clean Bro founder and president Jamie Giovinazzo.

This year Eat Clean Bro founder and president Jamie Giovinazzo was joined by former UFC Lightweight Champion Frankie Edgar, New York Mets third baseman Todd Frazier, as well as Jersey Shore stars Michael Sorrentino and Roger Matthews.
