Los Angeles Outdoor Movie and Food Truck Event Series Eat|See|Hear Launches 2015 Season on May 9
Los Angeles, California (PRWEB) May 04, 2015 -- Eat|See|Hear, LA’s premier outdoor movie, food truck and live music event series, is kicking off its 2015 season with the 2012 smash hit, “Pitch Perfect” on Saturday, May 9 at Santa Monica High School in the Memorial Greek Amphitheater; doors will open at 5:30 pm, music will begin at 7:30 pm and the movie will start at 8:30 pm. The event will take place just one week before the Barden Bellas return on-screen in “Pitch Perfect 2,” and will feature a live performance by Molly Malone followed by a special a cappella performance by the Santa Monica Chorus. Attendees will have the chance to win opening night giveaways, including a pair of tickets to the red carpet premiere of “Pitch Perfect 2,” courtesy of Universal Pictures, and a round-trip flight for two to Australia, courtesy of sponsor Air New Zealand.
Tickets cost $12 and Fashionably Late tickets presented by Air New Zealand cost $20 to purchase in advance and reserve a spot; tickets for kids age 12 and under cost $8. Musical talents Molly Moore and the Santa Monica Chorus will perform at the outdoor showing of “Pitch Perfect” on May 9. Food trucks will include Me So Hungry, The Urban Oven, Chanchos Tacos, Yalla Truck, Baby’s Badass Burgers, Wise BBQ, India Jones, Creative Eats, Cousins Maine Lobster, Komodo, Grilled Cheese Truck, The Greasy Wiener, Fair Game, Royal Red Velvet, Coolhaus and Brasil Kiss. “Pitch Perfect” is rated PG-13 and stars Brittany Snow, Anna Kendrick and Rebel Wilson. All Eat|See|Hear events are dog friendly and all dogs will be treated to a free biscuit at the door. Santa Monica High School is located at 601 Pico Blvd and parking will be available across the street in the Civic Center parking structure, located at 333 Civic Center Dr.
