The long established pool retailer, with stores across the East Coast, will use eJeeva Dealer portal to sell its diverse selection of pool products to customers online and through mobile devices.

Anthony & Sylvan will also set up an online portal enabling customers to purchase pool services and schedule appointments. The specialized pool services cover: cleaning and vacuuming, equipment repair and installation, water testing, warranty services and more.

eJeeva Dealer Portal is fully integrated with Anthony & Sylvan’s back-end product database – Epicor Prophet 21. All orders placed on the eCommerce site are directly routed to the company’s fulfillment center, with products shipped directly to customers. Service orders placed will trigger an automatic e-mail to the nearest Anthony & Sylvan retail store with the customer’s scheduling details.

By automating its order management capabilities, Anthony & Sylvan aims to significantly shorten the sales cycle and reduce manual errors in the process. The online services scheduler will help the company improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by minimizing the need for phone support.
