Gomez Insurance Agency Joins the Friends of Goethe School Organization in Charity Drive to Benefit Goethe Elementary School in Chicago
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) April 13, 2016 -- Gomez Insurance Agency, an Illinois-based insurance firm with offices that serve the greater Chicago metropolitan area, is banding together with local non-profit Friends of Goethe School in a charity event to raise funds in support of Goethe Elementary School.
Made up of parents, associates, friends, and neighbors from the West Bucktown and Logan Square communities, the Friends of Goethe School (FOGS) organization is a 501(c)3 non-profit that hosts and manages a number of annual fundraising events as well as a yearly pledge drive that supplement the public funds received by Goethe Elementary.
“Ensuring that our children receive the best possible public education they can is a cause that speaks directly to the hearts of everyone in our community,” says Jose Gomez, founder and director of Gomez Insurance Agency.
To raise awareness of the Friends of Goethe School charity event, Gomez and his team are establishing an online social media portal and launching a city-wide email bulletin to reach families and business leaders throughout the region.
