A. Kevin Spann Insurance, a family managed insurance company providing coverage to business and residential clients throughout the New York City area, is launching a charity event that will help ensure children in the area from low income families have access to scholastic supplies.

A. Kevin Spann Insurance, a full service insurance and financial planning firm with offices that serve communities throughout the Five Boroughs, is announcing a grassroots charity effort to cover the costs of schooling supplies and materials for children in the New York metropolitan area from low income families.

Experts report that school districts are spending less money on scholastic supplies than ever before, relying on parents to pick up the slack. Unfortunately, for a growing number of families in the Five Boroughs, those supplies are a luxury they cannot afford. The A. Kevin Spann Insurance charity campaign is designed to provide low income students with the materials they need to receive a quality education without forcing families to make difficult financial choices.

Spann and his team have created an online social media platform and launched a community magazine to share information about the charity drive with families and business owners across the Five Boroughs.
