Tiggee Increasing Web Performance Through Education Initiative

Tiggee, the parent company of DNS Made Easy and Constellix, has recommitted to their initiative to boost web performance for clients through education.

Internet services provider, Tiggee LLC, announces that they will be revamping their education initiative. The initiative was originally launched in 2009, when DNS Made Easy launched their extensive tutorial website. Tiggee has decided to bring back the initiative, spear-headed by upcoming traffic management suite Constellix. The first motion of the initiative begins with Constellix offering free online tutorials, webinars, video walk-throughs, and web support to clients.

Constellix will follow in DNS Made Easy’s footsteps, and offer free content that seeks to improve resolution times and routing efficiency for organizations of all sizes.

Many system administrators who are brought onto a company are required to take on the role as DNS manager. However, the domain name system (DNS) and associated management solutions involve technology that isn’t necessarily common knowledge. “That’s why we developed our help websites, which contain information that covers even more than just our services. We strive to educate clients about every aspect of DNS and how they can leverage traffic management solutions to better their web performance,” says Job.

Most other DNS and traffic management providers focus their resources on sales and marketing tactics, rather than education materials. Ever since DNS Made Easy launched their education initiative, they have found that investing in education delivers consistently better ROI than marketing initiatives. “Education gives clients the power to make their own decisions, rather than marketing which tells clients what they want,” says Job.

Further more, by drawing resources away from marketing, Tiggee is able to invest more resources into their network. Job states that Tiggee takes 85% of their revenue and puts it directly back into network infrastructure hardware, transit costs, and improvements.
