EM has also formed a new division focused solely on data and analytics. This move bolsters EM’s commitment to live meeting analytics as the next value-creation engine for meetings and events.

Santaferraro joins EM with 21 years of big data analytics experience. As an imagineer for big data and analytics, John's first love is helping organizations envision and realize the endless possibilities of what can be done with next-generation technology. His role at EM is to reimagine the future of live meetings using engagement technology to drive predictive analytics. He is also responsible for accelerating growth at EM using advanced analytics for sales and marketing.
EM’s new Data and Analytics Division will focus on delivering analytics to customers in the most consumable way, from well-designed reports to interactive analytic dashboards. EM is already working with executives and meeting planners in healthcare, pharmaceuticals and financial services to design a predictive analytics roadmap and to simplify the integration of live meeting analytics with CRM and clinical research systems.
