Edward Shipman Captures the Diversity of Human Experience through Poetry
Maryland (PRWEB) August 08, 2013 -- Edward Shipman marks his debut in the world of poetry with INNER VISIONS: daily poems that can change your life, a new collection of his original works. It captures the striking diversity of human experience and will take readers on a journey of the mind, soul and senses.
Shipman proudly describes himself as a student of life. His curiosity and eagerness to learn is revealed in the many themes that he examines in his book. From relationships to politics, INNER VISIONS is dazzling in its range of subjects yet Shipman’s unique poetic voice makes each poem relevant, emotionally accessible and immediate. The author hopes that his work will inspire consciousness and lead to positive change.
“I want readers to wake up to their own thoughts, feelings and experiences; or in other words think for themselves,” Shipman shares.
Thought-provoking, inspirational and thoroughly engaging, INNER VISIONS is a testament to the power of poetry to ignite the imagination and illuminate even the darkest corners of human consciousness. This collection offers an immersive experience that readers will want to go over again and again.
