NEW YORK (PRWEB) October 09, 2013 -- In her evocative new poetry collection, “A Happy Dreamer: Short Poems from the Blueberry Fields” (published by iUniverse), Elissaveta Iordanova pays homage to the beauty of different places she’s visited over the past 15 years.
Iordanova’s poems are short but filled with imagery. Her personal writing style collects reactions, thoughts and feelings she had while experiencing nature and life – from the sound of the sea crashing against the rocks to poems that speak of love found under the light of the moon. Iordanova’s command of tone, pace and metaphor makes the collection of short poems alluring. She views this book as a way to choreograph poetic canvases as dances of the heart.
Praise for “A Happy Dreamer”:
“Elissaveta Iordanova’s poems capture small, fleeting moments with haiku-like compression and delicacy.”
—Elizabeth Frank, Pulitzer Prize-winning author
