Elliott Homes will break ground on its modern version of a small-town Mississippi-style home Wednesday, September 19 at 11 a.m. in the Landon Green community located at 10412 W. Landon Green Circle, Gulfport, MS 39503. The house—built for one reason—aims to raise $750K for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in its fight against childhood cancer. Brandon Elliott – President of Elliott Homes and Jennifer Stevens – St. Jude Regional Representative will participate in the ceremony for the new 2,703 square-foot home to be raffled off in spring 2019.

“St. Jude is an amazing success story and we are happy to play a role in their fight to eradicate childhood cancer,” said Elliott. He also credits St. Jude with strengthening Elliott Homes’ mission to improve the quality of life within its marketplace. “We’ve worked closely with St. Jude staff during four Dream Home® projects,” he added, “and they’ve shown us how we can build relationships that create lasting significance in the lives of those we serve. Today, that spirit drives who we are and everything we do.”

And that means constructing breathtakingly beautiful homes such as the Frazier, this year’s Dream Home®. “The Frazier will introduce our new Creole Collection, designed to bring the classic style of our southern Mississippi heritage back to our coast,” Elliott said. “The architectural styles here and cultural history make it like no other place in the world and our designs will continue to build on that southern Mississippi theme.”

The Dream Home®, a three-bedroom, three and one-half bath, Antebellum style, builds everyday luxuries into a uniquely affordable home—from charming front porch and decorative second-floor balcony to gabled two-car garage and stone-paved backyard with grill. The ground floor master bedroom and guest room boast its own baths and walk-in closets; the kitchen an island and pantry; dining space a powder room; upstairs an additional bedroom and bath; and living rooms on both levels.

Its location will be as elegant as its design—in Landon Green, an exclusive Elliott Homes’ community, on tree-lined Landon Road between Highway 49 and Canal Road, just a short drive to shopping, entertainment, and I-10.

Elliott encourages everyone in the community—vendors and residents—to help make this Dream Home® a big St. Jude success. Beyond $100 raffle tickets for the house itself, more are available for Open Tours during varied construction stages, and eligibility for additional prizes.

The Dream Home® Giveaway, their largest annual fundraiser, helps St. Jude fulfill its mission to find cures and save lives. Families who bring their children to St. Jude never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing or food. To purchase a raffle or Open Tour ticket, go to https://www.stjude.org/give/dream-home.html
