ITC—the Initials for International Training Center—is a Uniquely Designed School for Emerging and Established Leaders of the 21st Century
Elizabethville, PA (PRWEB) July 21, 2014 -- The unique approach of ITC is to engage and cultivate leaders—of all ages and socioeconomic status—to heighten their capacity to be a quality influence.
Dean of students, Dr. Melodye Hilton states, “By deepening the personal root system in both the attitude and skill of leadership, we can continually expand our ability to create and grow successful and healthy cultures.”
Recognizing the critical need for stable, mature, and selfless leaders worldwide, International Training Center stands to inspire and actuate individuals to fill these needs and to be answers to tomorrow’s questions. By targeting the softer skills of leadership as well as external aids and structures, ITC’s inside-out model includes training in personal administration, emotional intelligence, NueroLeadership, behavioral analysis, spiritual depth, character development, and more.
Dr. Hilton continues, “What do the stay-at-home mom, young nonprofit forerunner, fortune 500 executive, movie producer, and state representative have in common? They are all directly effecting (leading) the environment of their world. We must understand the crucial importance of managing our influence and our effect on society and not only that, but our responsibility to prepare and empower those around us to be better and go farther than ourselves.”
Dr. Hilton and the staff of ITC believe that this takes place when trustworthy, internally motivated individuals come forth with a determined intentionality to leave the world better than they found it. With an environment conducive for personal growth and advancement in community, ITC models, teaches, trains, and activates participants in leadership principles that provoke this way of living. Their goal is to empower leaders to not only achieve personal success, but to reproduce a leadership model that works.
ITC offers a variety of opportunities for involvement including an in-depth on-campus resident program, accredited classroom and independent courses, fast-track leadership intensives, as well as many non-accredited resources and classes. ITC is partnered with Giving Light church which provides local students with solid Biblical teachings as well as family support (more information at http://www.givinglight.org).
Accredited through Worldwide Accreditation Commission, Biblical Leadership degrees can be earned in both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
