DecisionWise Launches New Website for Employee Engagement Training Program
Provo, Utah (PRWEB) December 05, 2013 -- DecisionWise, Inc. announced today the launch of its new website, http://www.engagementmagic.com. The public release of the website marks the formal release of the company’s employee engagement training program, MAGIC: The Five Elements of Employee Engagement. The new website will serve as an informational resource, providing an overview of the MAGIC framework, the two training phases, and the pending book release.
“The MAGIC elements are simple concepts that impact the way we work. Most people want to feel energized and passionate about their job, but don’t know how to develop or enhance their own engagement,” said DecisionWise Director of Products and Marketing, Charles Rogel. “MAGIC helps us identify and understand the different elements about our work that engage us as individuals.”
The five elements of employee engagement that compose the “MAGIC” acronym were identified and refined through over a decade of research, analyzing tens of millions of employee engagement survey responses. The corresponding engagement training has been released to select clients; the book is scheduled for publication in 2014; an open-enrollment MAGIC training is planned for the spring of 2014.
The training is designed in two separate sessions for individual employees and managers. Through a self-assessment, employees understand their own levels of engagement and learn how to gain passion in their jobs, be happier, and better succeed in their current roles. The manager session shows leaders how to create a culture of engagement and help employees find their engagement opportunities.
“Our entire team has been working together to release our new employee engagement training program,” reported DecisionWise CEO, Dr. Tracy Maylett. “The MAGIC model has resonated with every participant in our pilot programs so far. We’ve collected feedback from these pilot programs, and are ready to release a refined, final version of the program.”
