Empower Network Conference Brings $1.36 Million Total Economic Impact to Charlotte Region
Charlotte, N.C. (PRWEB) August 05, 2014 -- Software and web marketing company Empower Network brought nearly 1,000 attendees and a total economic impact of $1,364,230 to Charlotte for its regional event at the Embassy Suites Concord Charlotte at 5400 John Q. Hammons Dr. NW on June 26-29.

According to the CRVA, the Empower Network event had a total direct spending of $704,212. The level of the economic impact from the event supports 392 jobs or 13 annual full-time equivalents. State and local taxes generated were $164,733.
“Charlotte was a great location for us to hold an event,” said Empower Network CEO Jonathan Cronstedt. “Charlotte is a great travel hub, with exceptional weather and activities for those who attended the Empower Network event to take advantage of.”
This was a sold-out event for Empower Network. The company’s last event was in New Orleans in May. Its next event is scheduled for October.
