Engel & Völkers North America today announced the opening of their first brokerage in Oregon, marking yet another move for the international luxury real estate brand toward expansion throughout North America. Tedi McKnight-Heikes will be the owner and managing broker of Engel & Völkers West Portland to bring the European-based firm’s premium level of service to the Portland metropolitan area.
“We are extremely excited to be introducing this unique global brand to the Portland area,” said McKnight-Heikes who has 25 years of real estate experience in the Portland area market. “In addition to the amount of opportunities that being part of this globally recognized brand will bring for clients and our agents, the quality of service will be redefined in luxury real estate by combining the reputation, knowledge and passion of our experienced real estate advisors with the highest level of global marketing in the world.”
The Engel & Völkers West Portland shop is currently located west of Washington Square with plans currently under way to move to Kruse Village in Lake Oswego by Spring 2015. The shop will continue to provide real estate services covering the Tri-County area.
