Epic Era CEO, Glen Jensen, Announces the Funding of Epics’ Leadership Development Program
Seattle, WA (PRWEB) November 13, 2013 -- Epic Era CEO, Glen Jensen was Keynote speaker at three day, pre-launch event in Park City, UT.
Jensen, who is also President of eCosway USA, made the official announcement of the Epic Leadership Development Strategy and the funding of the Epic Performance Program. The program is a first, in the direct sales industry. Epic will offer performance contracts to Epic Distributors ranging between $5K and $20K per month for the first six, four-week periods, based on the ability of each Distributor to reach a specified sales volume goal.
Jensen said, “This is not some back-room deal being cut with a select-few. This program is available to all our Reps that are interested in being rewarded extraordinary income for contributing to the sustained growth of Epic Era. The Epic Performance Program, allows our Independent Reps the opportunity to start earning more income from day one, and at a more rapid pace than with most traditional compensation plans”.
Epic Era is a Utah based, Health and Wellness company, launching with a product line that includes, pure essential oils, healthy enzymes, a daily healthy-drink called Epic Essentials, and a delicious, minimally processed cacao beverage, without any added sweeteners called Epic Bru. Epic plans to roll out additional products after January 2014, including a natural sleep aid.
Epic Era plans to first launch their product line simultaneously in The USA and Mexico, by November 15th. Both countries currently have active eCosway retail locations, and active eCosway Distributors. Since eCosway already has the complete distribution infrastructure in place in the USA and Mexico, it’s a natural lateral move for Epic to launch in these countries first. Additional openings in more countries that have eCosway locations will be soon to follow. The Epic Era products will also be made available for purchase in eCosway locations. Epic Era is offering free pre-enrollments until the November 15th launch of USA and Mexico. This free pre-enrollment period will allow Independent Distributors the opportunity to get positioned in Epic’s pay structure and allow Reps to enroll other Distributors during this free pre-enrollment period in 15 countries. This gives everyone an equal playing-field to get their product sales and distribution teams in place before the USA and Mexico launch.

Jensen’s background in the direct sales industry is impressive, to say the least.
• Jensen’s started his Direct Sales career in 1989 as a customer service agent at Nu Skin.
• In the early 90’s, Jensen was hired as the International Director of Neways, and then took Neways to Japan and Russia, building revenues of $6 million per month.
• In 1999, Jensen launched his own Company called Synergy-Worldwide. Synergy was recognized as the 8th fastest growing new business in America. Synergy grew so fast, that in 2000, Jensen sold the company to Nature's Sunshine.
• In 2004 Jensen founded Agel Enterprises, with a flagship-product line of “Gelceuticals”. Jensen successfully opened Agel in multiple countries from the first day of business.
