Evergage Real-Time Personalization Utilized on Top Airlines’ Loyalty Shopping Sites to Help Acquire, Maximize and Retain Customers

Evergage today announced that Cartera Commerce, Inc., the leading provider of omni-channel marketing solutions and reward programs that increase revenue and customer loyalty, has selected Evergage to personalize the online customer experience for four of the top airlines’ Cartera-run loyalty shopping websites.

Cartera selected Evergage not only for its robust real-time web personalization functionality that includes segmentation, analysis and testing tools, but also for its ease of use and seamless integration into the company’s performance-based merchant offer platform.

Cartera delivers its solution to major airlines and financial institutions that offer customer loyalty programs, giving consumers a chance to earn miles, points or cash back with more than 900 retailers. In addition to shopping sites and reward-tracking systems, Cartera provides these partners with multichannel marketing communications services for customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
