Non-profit Event to Support Strategy & Cohesion for Tacoma Businesses
Tacoma, Washington (PRWEB) March 19, 2015 -- Experience Tacoma, also known as the Cross District Association (CDA) launches its first seminar series on March 24, 2015 at the Mountaineers on 30th. The event will host a number of notable speakers, who will be sharing their knowledge of best practices for running a thriving and successful business. Tacoma is a community full of influential leaders, and the seminar series hopes to capitalize on that. Allowing local business owners to unite, learn from each other and create cohesion that can only impact Tacoma in a positive way.
Some of the influential speakers include Dana Pethia and Lara Herrmann, both making huge strides in their respective fields. Dana Pethia is a highly regarded marketing consultant who offers solutions for both local and major companies. She regularly does speaking engagements in order to share her expertise of the marketing field and help businesses grow their customer base exponentially.
Lara Herrmann is well known in the area for being an owner and senior attorney at Herrmann Scholbe, P.S., Inc. She spearheads the negotiation and pre-litigation of high profile cases in both the Seattle and Tacoma offices. Lara brings personal experience in building a brand and will be speaking about how important it is to run a business with emotional intelligence.
Tickets for the event are currently $85.00 and include a full speaking agenda, catered lunch and a networking event to follow the speaking engagements. All proceeds to the event will go directly to back supporting Tacoma’s Business Districts. The Marketing Chair of the CDA, Bobbie Bailey, expresses the goal for these events, "We wanted to create an opportunity to develop cohesion between successful business owners and new businesses to the area."
