Gemstone is an affordable, cloud-based document management system designed for small teams & start-ups. The new release includes enhancements to the responsive design web interface, making it quicker and easier for end users to work productively using the system.
The release also includes user experience enhancements that aid in document searching, navigation and sharing. Since Life Sciences authors and reviewers spend much of their time drafting, updating, reviewing and collaborating on their R&D documents, refining these experiences in the tool continues to be a priority for the Facet team. This priority is clearly reflected throughout the new release.
In conjunction with the release of the new version of Gemstone, Facet announced its release of the Gemstone Support Portal. This new support portal enables end users to communicate with Facet Life Sciences support team members quickly and easily. Questions, recommendations and issues will now be triaged through the Support Portal where they are classified, prioritized, assigned to team members, and tracked.
