With FactBox, lawyers now have cloud-based legal software to prepare the most important facts, notes and ideas in their cases for major wins on behalf of their clients. Serving customers in practice areas varying from employment to criminal defense, from personal injury to insurance defense and everything in between, FactBox works for every case type and litigation style.
FactBox recently launched after almost two years in beta. “It was critical that FactBox appear light and easy-to-use, and most importantly, didn’t require a change to our customers' established work style,” said CEO Lecia Kaslofsky.
With a simple Add Fact window, FactBox makes it easy to mark the most important facts in a litigator’s case and then tie those facts to source materials, dates and witnesses. From an intuitive console, litigators can instantly create chronologies, memos and other work product to save or print in Word.
For collaboration, FactBox stores all the facts and source documents (if desired) in the cloud, making them accessible to the whole case team at anytime from anywhere, whether on Apple, PC or tablet. Case contributors can see the most recent work done on a case and by whom, which is crucial for busy litigators with multiple concurrent cases.
Subscription to FactBox is tiered based on the number of users, from $49/month to $499/month, with unlimited cases and ample data storage. FactBox offers a 14-day trial with full functionality and there are no set-up fees.
