Negligent Conditions in the Parking Garage of Georgetown Square Condominiums in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. Caused Man’s Trip and Fall Injuries, Alleges Lawsuit Filed by Parker Waichman LLP

According to the Complaint, the Plaintiff was a tenant of the building, leasing an apartment from one of the Defendants, when on Feb. 29, 2012, he tripped and fell. The lawsuit alleges that the severe and permanent injuries he sustained were caused by the dangerous and defective conditions on the premises of the parking lot and condominium. The Plaintiff suffered from pain, shock and mental anguish as a result of his injury, the suit alleges. The lawsuit also alleges that these damages will lead to ongoing expenses for medical care and attention. Furthermore, the lawsuit alleges that the Plaintiff was and will continue to be unable to perform normal activities and that there was no negligence on his part in any way.
