Detroit, Michigan (PRWEB) August 22, 2014 -- Now in its 4th year, Fashion In Detroit 2014, founded in 2009 by renowned local designer Joe Faris of Project Runway, is a non-profit corporation and a charitable endeavor established to spotlight Metro-Detroit’s fashion and its development, and it salutes the strong and vibrant Detroit fashion scene during a one-day multi-media fashion extravaganza. This year will mark the first-time sponsorship of the true automotive icon Dodge along with Joe Faris, and Somerset Collection, coming together to present the event’s strongest presentation to date.
Fashion In Detroit 2014 includes: Runway Shows, Market Detroit and FID After Glow.
Runway Shows: An elaborate high-style runway event showcasing a mix of local, national and up-and-coming fashion designers and musical talent.
Market Detroit: An interactive pop-up shop retail environment featuring local designers, retailers, vendors and entrepreneurs.
FID After Glow: Sound Board will be transformed into the chic and now-famous FID After Glow party attended by local celebs and fashionistas alike.
