Dallas, TX (PRWEB) July 08, 2013 -- A single-car accident on Interstate 35 in Dallas, Texas resulted in the death of two men who were thrown from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. According to personal injury lawyer Tom Carse of the Carse Law Firm in Dallas, TX, this tragic case illustrates just how dangerous car accidents can be.
“The impact of a fatal car accident on a family never truly goes away,” Carse said June 28. “These accidents hit family and friends hard – and with good reason. In many cases, many car accidents can be prevented. That’s why it’s so frustrating when people lose their lives in serious auto accidents. People who die in car crashes don’t get a second chance. That’s why we fight so hard for families dealing with the loss of a loved one. We know what’s at stake. We’re on your side,” said Carse.
The recent Dallas fatal auto accident occurred on a southbound service road for Interstate 35 near Continental Avenue just after 6 a.m. on June 5, according to a June 5 Fox 4 Dallas Fort Worth report called “Accident on I-35 service road in Dallas kills two.”
According to investigators, the driver of the SUV involved in the crash lost control after a tire blew out. CBS Dallas Fort Worth reported in a June 5 story called “Two Dead In Single-Vehicle Crash In Dallas” that the vehicle then veered off the road, hit an exit sign, struck a pole and continued across three lanes of traffic before coming to a stop on a sidewalk.
Two men and a woman were in the vehicle at the time of the accident, CBS reported. All three were wearing seatbelts. The two men were ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. The woman survived, CBS reported.
People being ejected from a vehicle while wearing their seatbelts might sound farfetched, but unusual auto accidents happen every day, according to Dallas car accident lawyer Tom Carse of the Carse Law Firm. “Our law firm deals with all sorts of accidents every day in Dallas and throughout Texas,” Carse said. “Some accidents might seem strange, but we have learned over the years that almost anything is possible. That’s why we approach every accident with an open mind. We also carefully research each case to find out the facts. We don’t treat people like a number. We realize every case is unique – just like you.”
