Irvine, CA (PRWEB) November 10, 2014 -- Admore Air Conditioning Corporation, a Yonkers, NY-based provider of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning service, has chosen FieldConnect’s FieldAccess™ mobile technician software for its top-notch crew of field service technicians. Admore’s implementation of FieldAccess occurs in conjunction with its selection of Viewpoint Construction Software’s Vista by Viewpoint to support both the project and service sides of the growing business.
“After demos from several other vendors, we recognized that the combination of Vista and FieldConnect was the top choice for meeting our technology needs,” says Admore Service Manager, Justin Gibb. “We were looking for the most robust and flexible solution for our mobile field technicians, and with its direct integration into Vista, and the ability to use any device, FieldConnect stood out as the right choice for now and the future.”
FieldAccess mobile technician software equips field technicians with electronic work orders and time cards, as well as information streamed directly to and from the Vista by Viewpoint database. With FieldAccess, technicians can access equipment and work-site history, repair manuals, and information on service level agreements while on-site with the customer, allowing them to complete the job fully in one visit.
In addition to FieldAccess, the FieldConnect suite of mobile field service solutions includes:
- FieldDispatch™ web-based drag-and-drop calendaring tools
- FieldDirect™ customer self-service call creation portals
- FieldQuotes™ instant and accurate remote quoting software
- FieldLocator™ device-based GPS tracking
- FieldProject™ time and expense tracking
- FieldGateway™ management portal for actionable service department information
