Yamila Constantino to Speak at The Mercy College School of Business
Bronx, NY (PRWEB) November 20, 2013 -- The Mercy College School of Business is hosting a financial literacy event to empower Latino families with financial knowledge. This complimentary event will be delivered in Spanish and takes place on November 20th, 2013 at Mercy College Bronx Campus (1200 Waters Place).
The National Financial Educators Council is providing the keynote speaker – Yamila Constantino. Yamila is a member of the NFEC’s Personal Finance Speakers Association, an award-winning journalist.

The goal of this event is to provide practical tips that help attendees feel confident when making financial decisions that will impact their family. Topics covered at the event include personal financial planning strategies and college planning information.

Yamila is a pioneer of financial education for Latinos. She is an award-winning journalist and featured member of the National Financial Educators Council’s Personal Finance Speakers Association. Constantino was the NY Correspondent for Canal de Noticias NBC, a Spanish-language news network broadcast in 18 Latin American countries. She also worked as a producer, reporter, and anchor for Univision and Telemundo.
The National Financial Educators Council developed the first speakers association for financial education experts and advocates – the Personal Finance Speakers Association. The NFEC is widely recognized for creating high-profile financial literacy initiatives and representing the top personal finance speakers in the industry.
