InvestmentBank.com Launches Investment Banking Platform in Testing Beta as a Tool for More Streamlined Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Formation
Seattle, Washington (PRWEB) August 23, 2016 -- InvestmentBank.com is excited to announce the release of the firm’s custom investment banking platform, now available in private beta. The company’s launch includes a suite of custom-built features, available to both free and paid users alike. Built from years of experience working in the middle-market, the firm’s platform includes tools that are meant to assist representatives on either side of a capital transaction including investment bankers, M&A advisors, business brokers, private equity groups, strategic acquirers and much more.
“When we looked at building a system we wanted not only something that would assist in facilitating more deals, but also something that would replace or replicate some of the existing but disparate systems we were currently using to manage our processes,” says Principal and Managing Director Nate Nead. “When we built it we not only wanted the ability to use it ourselves, but we also wanted to turn it outward and allow other representatives within the industry to utilize the tool, hoping that by doing so we could continue to improve what was already there.”
The newly-released M&A deal platform includes deal posting and matching tool, a custom M&A CRM, marketing automation software, project management software and a complete virtual data room. The system also includes advanced analytics for promoting and tracking actions taken using the platform. In addition, the software tracks, stores and archives all relevant data for financial compliance and reporting purposes. The system includes both free and paid accounts with reasonable pricing structures for those looking to own and run their own deal portal.
As part of the company’s initial launch of the system, they are inviting industry professionals on both the buy and sell-side to begin taking advantage of the software for free for a few months with no long term commitments. “We hope to use these initial free accounts to obtain the feedback we need to build a system that meets the needs of our target customers,” says Nead. The company has a limited number of custom trial accounts so interested users are encouraged to request access early.
While the initial private beta version of the software allows all the basic features, the company is intent on providing the service with included white-label capabilities in the next release, slated in the next couple of months. The private-label version of the software will allow M&A firms and private equity groups to host an instance of the company’s software on their own website with their own branding, allowing their direct clients and investors to run advanced M&A and capital formation management from an advanced system.
“Exciting things continue to happen as we build and grow InvestmentBank.com into a financial services company built on cutting-edge fintech,” says Nead. “We are excited not only to provide the tools to our clients, but we are confident we understand their various pain points, having lived in the same world for some time. It makes solving their problems that much easier. Stay tuned as much more is yet to come.”
Deal intermediaries including investment bankers, M&A advisors and business brokers interested in joining the company shortlist of beta users are invited to get in touch with the company directly.
