We strive to make Fisher Investments a great place to work where high performance is the norm and employee development and growth is paramount.

Fisher Investments was recently named one of the top places to work for recent grads by Symplicity, a market leader in career services management solutions. Employers from across the country participated in the survey, which ranked companies based on benefits, mentorship, training, company culture, ratings, and work/life balance. The top 25 highest-scoring companies were selected for inclusion on the final awards list.

In selecting Fisher Investments for the award, Symplicity noted the company’s benefits as a key differentiator. A section titled “best part” offered further detail, including, “Bonuses offered twice annually, max 401k company matching, high employee retention, on-site training and education, value entrepreneurial sprits, opportunity to create your own career.” The award also lauded Fisher investments for being designed “with one vision in mind: putting clients at the forefront and building an investment management firm to support long-term investment objectives.”
