Five Aspects of Living and Their Impact on Overall Health and Well-being Explored in New Self-help Guide
Author Chrystal V Benson announces release of 'My Complete Diary'
PETRIE, Australia, Aug. 1, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- "My Complete Diary – Season by Season: Five Aspects of Living" (published by Balboa Press AU) is a self-directed tool that encourages readers to develop insight into how health issues impact their lives and then readjust behaviors, habits and patterns to improve their wellbeing. Through the comprehensive diary, author Chrystal V Benson guides readers to accurately measure the five aspects of living — diet, sleep quality, exercise, mood, and social contacts — and repair negatively impactful behaviors and repeat the positive patterns and habits.
Benson is a nurse who relies on her own life experiences and those of her clients to share a three-month diary that will help anyone track daily life activities, discover what is missing and recognize patterns that both serve and disrupt health and life. With that compiled information, readers can develop a plan to get back on track to better health, improved wellbeing and a maximized quality of life.
With anxiety, mood disorders and poor physical health being a commonality in the 21st century and mental health concerns and anxiety management becoming trending topics, Benson finds her book to be a timely addition to the resources available for readers. She wants readers to gain "A new insight into their habits and behaviours and (learn) how to improve their health options."
