Eighty-five percent of freelancers report that they work from their home office. To demonstrate the various opportunities in the remote freelance job marketplace, FlexJobs has identified the top 25 companies hiring remote freelancers so far in 2019. This list is based on an analysis of over 51,000 companies and their remote freelance job posting histories in FlexJobs' database between January 1 and April 30, 2019.
"Jobs that allow freelancers to work from home are ideal flexible work arrangements for many groups of people, such as working parents, caretakers, semi-retirees, military spouses, and those living in rural areas," said Sara Sutton, Founder and CEO of FlexJobs.
