Mold Contaminates Delaware Kindergarten Classroom, Florida Air Quality Testing Company AGC Environmental Gives Public Advice to Prevent the Worst of Any Mold Problem
(PRWEB) March 12, 2014 -- Mold was recently discovered in a kindergarten classroom of Delaware Valley Elementary School. And in connection with, Florida air quality testing company AGC Environmental gave the public an advice on how to prevent the worst of mold effects.
In a report from poconorecord.com posted on March 11, 2014, it was said that the fungus' presence was discovered on February 28. And since then, it stated that officials had been monitoring the affected the area.
There were two or three mold spots found in the classroom, related the report. However, it shared that students were not removed from it as the treatment was done over the weekend. Regardless, it stated that letters were sent to parents regarding the problem.
This recent mold issue wasn't the first for the school though, relayed the report. Back in April 2013, it stated that the same kindergarten classroom, as well as the DVE-TV room, was also found with mold.
Here is an excerpt from the said news post.
"Mold growth was discovered last month in a Delaware Valley Elementary School kindergarten classroom."
"The mold, two or three spots about the size a pencil eraser, was found on Feb. 28. The district had the entire weekend to treat it, so students were not removed from the classroom, and a letter was not sent home to parents regarding the discovery, officials said."
If mold remediation is delayed, the problem would get worse. And so, would its effects on health and finances. Given that, AGC Environmental, in light of the mold discovery in a Delaware school, said that it is imperative to kill mold early.
However, before one implements a mold cleaning, he or she must first confirm the fungus' presence, said the company. That way, waste of money is avoided, it stated. And to do that, it cited that indoor air quality test is the best process to take.
Nonetheless, when it specifically comes to a Florida air quality testing, AGC Environmental asserted that the right pick is its service. As it reasoned, that's because it follows the state's federal guidelines like its Florida mold inspection and other environmental health services.
Additionally, the company cited that its exterminators are all certified experts. It also said that they provide detailed a report of the problem which could be used in various court purposes as insurance claims.
