Southern Waste Systems Co-Founder Selected for Recycling Industry Hall of Fame
West Palm Beach, Florida (PRWEB) August 07, 2013 -- The Construction and Demolition Recycling Association (CDRA) recently held their national conference in Tampa, Florida. During the event, they presented the organization's 2013 Industry Awards, including the Inaugural Class of the C&D Recycling Hall of Fame received by Anthony Lomangino, Co-Founder of Southern Waste Systems. The C&D Recycling Hall of Fame honors those prominent leaders and pioneers in the Construction and Demolition recycling industry who have made an extraordinary contribution to the industry and have also earned the respect of the trade. In addition, it honors those who have made a significant positive impact on their community, both personally and professionally.

Anthony Lomangino, Chairman and Co-Founder of Southern Waste Systems and Sun Recycling, was announced as a 2013 Hall of Fame inductee. Lomangino has more than 35 years of experience in the waste and recycling industry. Throughout his career, he has been a pioneer and innovator of processes and technology that have advanced the collection and recycling of residential and commercial waste. Sun Recycling has led the industry in the process of recycling C&D material.
