Host Forbes Riley is taking original Road Rules reality star, Mark Long, on a slight detour from his cross-country promotional campaign of his latest product, Pocket Protein, to appear on her new talk show, Forbes Living. Known for his many roles on MTV and as host of numerous shows, including E! Entertainment's That Morning Show, TVGN's Countdown series, and even his own game show, Pressure One, Long is taking on another title this year: entrepreneur. In addition to his successful television career, Long has launched his incredible new product, Pocket Protein.

"Pocket Protein is unlike anything on the market," says Long, who created the pocket-sized, pure protein-filled pouch with three of his University of Florida college friends. "All 7 billion people on Earth need protein multiple times a day to survive. Yet, when we leave the house, it's so much harder to get than fats and carbs. Most quality forms of protein require an oven, microwave, or blender. Pocket Protein is the highest grade protein available on-the-go. In just 2 ounce foil packs, it comes 15 grams formulated for women, and 20 grams formulated for men. Fat-free, carb-free, sugar-free, lactose-free, and gluten-free, it's just the protein, nothing else."

Forbes Living Host and DRTV queen, Riley, will talk protein, fitness, and health with the reality TV pioneer. The dynamic duo will even burn some rubber, flexing their muscles in a friendly workout using one of the most durable, leading resistance bands on the market today.

Produced by FR Media, a powerhouse of industry veterans from all corners of entertainment, Forbes Living TV allows guests to collaborate directly with Riley and her team of Telly award-winning writers, producers, directors, and editors to showcase their latest products and innovations.
