The Pacific Firm, a San Francisco Bay Area-based leader in executive search, has been ranked by Forbes among the top executive recruiting firms in the recently released Forbes 2019 list of America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms. A total of 200 companies made the list from a pool of over 17,000 that were nominated.

Forbes partnered with the market research firm Statista to conduct broad online surveys among external recruiters, HR-managers, and candidates who have had experience with recruiting agencies over the past three years. The Pacific Firm, along with other leading agencies, was selected based on the recommendations of over 6,300 respondents who rated the companies on a number of dimensions including quality of candidates, communications, and service.
