Erstling promotion part of leadership realignment that reflects company's evolving strategic focuses
JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Nov. 1, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Forcura, a healthcare technology company that enables connected care for better performance, today announced it has promoted Annie Erstling to chief operating officer (COO).
As Forcura's COO, Erstling is responsible for driving the strategic vision of the organization into business-level strategies that result in profitable revenue and market share growth. She oversees the company's strategy and product innovation, marketing, communications, strategic partnerships and client experience teams.
Erstling previously served as chief strategy officer, where she was instrumental in the company achieving a revenue growth rate of 40%+ every year since she assumed the role in 2019. She was recognized by the Stevie® Awards for Women in Business as a Silver Stevie® Award winner in 2021.
In addition to Erstling's new role, Forcura also realigned many of its leadership team's roles as part of its effort to synchronize strategic priorities with market opportunities. Windy Adams, Forcura's senior vice president of client experience, will now also manage Forcura's many strategic partnerships such as Homecare Homebase, WellSky, Axxess and Maxwell Healthcare Associates. Forcura's Jocelyn Donahue, Vice President of People, and Matt Obringer, Vice President of Operations, now report into Chief Financial Officer Jason Schoepfer.
