Schoepfer, who officially joined Forcura in 2018 but was the company's first acting financial leader as a consultant from the company's inception, has played a leading role in navigating the company through a significant growth period involving annual revenue increases exceeding 40% every year since 2019. He also managed Forcura's first-ever equity partnership and investment from Silicon Valley-based Accel-KKR in 2020.
As CFO, Schoepfer will oversee all aspects of Forcura's finance, accounting and legal functions, being responsible for financial planning, risk management and creating scalable operations that best facilitate the company's continued growth. Schoepfer previously served as senior vice president of finance.

He has extensive experience in high-growth, entrepreneurial ventures in both an operational and advisory capacity. Schoepfer earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of North Florida.
